The  Walking Plan includes everything in the Crawling Plan plus an unlimited number of text messages with your dedicated qualified therapist. You communicate with your therapist through our state-of-the-art secure system.

The Running Plan, includes the Walking Plan plus a weekly live chat or video session with your dedicated qualified therapist.
