If you are interested in working with us, submit your application here. Once your application is accepted, we will contact you via email. You will receive ‘on the job’ training with a mentor.

How do REC Parenting therapists communicate with their clients?

REC Parenting therapists connect with their clients via messaging, chat, and video call. Your clients’ messages do not require an immediate response, so you can take your time to reflect on them and reply to them when convenient for you. We also offer synchronous texts and video sessions.

How do I get clients?

REC Parenting members are employees seeking parenting advice through their organization’s benefits. REC Parenting matches you with clients based on your area of expertise and members’ preferences.

What is the time commitment?

You choose how many clients you would like to have, and you can update your availability as needed. We recommend you have the flexibility to check in on each of your clients 2-3 times a day, 5 days per week.

Is it possible to be a REC Parenting therapist alongside other work?

Absolutely! REC Parenting can be your primary source of income or supplement existing work.
